These terms apply to the Tasky waitlist and community website operated by [TASKY LEGAL ENTITY]. By registering you accept them. They do not cover the Tasky product itself, which is not yet released.

1. What this website is

This website exists for two purposes only: to register people on the Tasky waitlist, and to give registered members access to a community after a 10-day waiting period. It is not the Tasky product and offers no paid service.

2. Registration

• Registration is free.
• The information you give must be accurate and your own.
• One account per person. One email address, one username.
• You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the law of [JURISDICTION].

3. Community access

Community access unlocks exactly 10 full days after registration, provided your email is verified and your account is active. The unlock time is calculated and enforced on the server in UTC. Attempting to bypass the waiting period is a breach of these terms.

No launch date for the Tasky product is promised here, and nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of future availability.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in the public forum you allow Tasky to display that content to eligible community members and to moderate it under the Community Guidelines.

By sending a private recommendation you allow Tasky to read it, act on it, and build the suggestion into the product without owing payment or attribution. Do not send confidential information belonging to someone else.

5. Conduct

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In short: no harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, malicious links, sharing other people’s personal information, or repeated promotional content.

6. Moderation and suspension

Administrators may hide or delete content, lock a discussion, or suspend an account that breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines. Serious or repeated breaches may end community access permanently. Sensitive administrator actions are recorded in an internal audit log.

7. Availability

This website is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of [JURISDICTION], [TASKY LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending your participation

You may leave at any time by asking for deletion at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Deletion removes your profile, forum content and private recommendations.

10. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be sent to the email address you registered with. Continuing to use the community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
